Shipping Questions

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over AED 99. For smaller orders, we charge a flat delivery fee of AED 15.

Do bigger orders get a discount?

Yes. Orders over AED 299 get 10% off and orders over AED 500 get 18% off, applied automatically at checkout. Delivery is free on every order over AED 99.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver within 24–48 hours across the UAE. Deliveries operate Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed it cannot be changed. However, if your order has not been processed yet and you contact our support team immediately, we will do our best to assist with modifications.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

Yes — please contact our customer support team. Rescheduling within one hour of placing the order is free of charge. If you reschedule after the first delivery attempt, an additional fee may apply based on the courier.

How will I know my order has been received?

You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order reference number and important details once your order is placed on our website.

What happens if a delivery fails?

We are not responsible for failed deliveries in the following circumstances: the customer is not available on the preferred delivery date and time; the customer ordered the wrong items; or the provided delivery address is incorrect.

Please ensure your contact details and address are accurate when placing your order.

Do you deliver outside the UAE?

We currently deliver across UAE. We are also available in KSA via third-party online platforms. As for the rest of the world? Not yet… but we're on our way!
