Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free on all orders over AED 75. For smaller orders, we charge a flat delivery fee of AED 15.

We deliver within 24–48 hours across the UAE. Deliveries operate Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Once an order is placed it cannot be changed. However, if your order has not been processed yet and you contact our support team immediately, we will do our best to assist with modifications.

Yes — please contact our customer support team. Rescheduling within one hour of placing the order is free of charge. If you reschedule after the first delivery attempt, an additional fee may apply based on the courier.

You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order reference number and important details once your order is placed on our website.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries in the following circumstances: the customer is not available on the preferred delivery date and time; the customer ordered the wrong items; or the provided delivery address is incorrect.

We currently deliver across UAE. We are also available in KSA via third-party online platforms. As for the rest of the world? Not yet… but we're on our way!
